About the position
We are seeking an outstanding Business Operations Specialist to support the management of priority shared services and programs at Google DeepMind. The role involves crafting and managing solutions to enable the company to operate efficiently and effectively. The main responsibilities include preparing workflows for external vendors, tracking and evaluating key metrics, troubleshooting vendor issues, and delivering data analytics to support decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members and partners, communicate effectively, and support strategic programs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare workflows to be transitioned to external vendors
- Develop, track and evaluate key metrics to measure success and highlight challenges
- Lead corrective actions to address challenges, helping drive success for partners
- Troubleshoot vendor issues and raise as required
- Act as a point of contact for service users and supplier POCs
- Deliver administrative assignments as required
- Deliver data analytics to help advise decision making at a team and organizational level
- Collaborate with team members and partners to understand prioritized objectives
- Communicate effectively and build trust with partners
- Support Business Operations strategic programs as required
