About The Position

The Business Operations Project Manager leads project management efforts across IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities, and Security, serving as the primary coordinator for milestones, resources, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role applies industry-standard methodologies such as PMBOK, Lean/Six Sigma, and Agile to guide stakeholders, manage risks, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. The position oversees project artifacts, schedules, and critical path analyses; facilitates key meetings including kickoffs, status updates, and quarterly reviews; and produces clear, executive-ready briefing materials. Success requires strong communication, independent leadership, and proficiency with tools like Jira, MS Project, and SharePoint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree w/ +8 years of related experience
  • +5 years of direct project management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
  • U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project management activities across IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities, and Security.
  • Drive project milestones by coordinating resource allocation, scheduling, and prioritization with department leadership.
  • Apply PMBOK, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, and other industry-standard methodologies to guide stakeholders and ensure best‑practice project execution.
  • Monitor project progress through meetings, direct communication, and regular status updates with sponsors, owners, integrators, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and organize a structured library of project materials and deliverables.
  • Develop, track, and update critical path analyses, risk registers, threat lists, and other tools to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery.
  • Create clear, concise briefing materials for leadership, including weekly PM Sync slides and quarterly review presentations.
  • Build and maintain project artifacts such as charters, plans, templates, ECD tracking tools, and meeting minutes.
  • Initiate, schedule, facilitate, and document key project meetings including requirements sessions, kickoffs, status reviews, closures, and quarterly PMRs.
  • Produce and manage annual project overview plans covering capacity planning, scheduling, and requirements validation.
