About The Position

mpathic is seeking a Senior Business Operations Project Manager to drive key business functions through strong project management and optimization across the organization. This role will support the Chief Operations Officer in optimizing high-priority company projects, focusing on sales, delivery, and operational functions within the Human Data (HD) Services business. The goal is to enable rapid growth of a critical service model in the AI market. The position involves developing processes and managing major initiatives that impact business growth and profitability, contributing to the founding in-house Operations team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience driving action and alignment from ambiguity.
  • An ever-growing set of tools for getting tasks done faster and smarter with AI and Automation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Either human resources experience, consulting and contractor management experience, or project management experience.
  • Admin experience with 1-2 relevant time/project tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and identify better solutions.
  • Bias for action in balance with an ability to bring stakeholders along.
  • Sense for when done is better than perfect.
  • Ability to modulate between tactical and strategic, understanding when to slow down and when to move faster.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, execution, and analysis of the Human Data (HD) Services operating model across sales, delivery, and operational functions.
  • Driving performance across key implementation, utilization, and margin metrics.
  • Managing major initiatives across the company, which may include organizational structure, fundraising initiatives, or general people operations functions.
  • Establishing standard templates, communication channels, and forums to facilitate the campaign lifecycle.
  • Updating the current HD Playbook and SOPs and establishing routine updates and notifications.
  • Bringing optimization to strategic initiatives and driving them forward.
  • Organizing reporting and metrics across the company.
  • Optimizing processes and programs for each organization.
  • Stepping into people operations functions to help optimize employee experience and drive recruiting forward.
  • Supporting the Chief Operating Officer in the highest priority company initiatives.
  • Establishing and facilitating a coordinated rhythm of business to support human data services, including performance visibility & reporting, strategic and resource planning/budgeting, client invoicing & billing, expert timekeeping and payment, expert onboarding & engagement, and HD team meetings & forums.
