About The Position

As mpathic's Senior Business Operations Project Manager, you will drive key business functions by bringing strong project management and optimization across the organization. You will support the Chief Operations Officer in optimizing large priority company projects across the organization. Projects will include optimizing across sales, delivery, and operational functions of mpathic's Human Data (HD) Services business to enable rapid growth of an evolving and critical service model in the AI market. You will also help in developing processes and managing major initiatives that impact business growth and profitability. As part of our founding in-house Operations team, the Business Operations Project Manager will drive: Planning, execution and analysis of the Human Data (HD) Services operating model across sales, delivery and operational functions; Driving performance across key implementation, utilization, and margin metrics. Manage major initiatives across the company, which may include organizational structure, fundraising initiatives, or general peopleops functions, and more!

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Have either human resources experience, consulting and contractor management experience, or project management experience
  • Admin experience with 1-2 relevant time/project tracking systems
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and identify better solutions

Responsibilities

  • Establish standard templates, communication channels and forums; in partnership with sales, TPM, and HD Ops; to facilitate the campaign lifecycle across initiation, delivery and closeout phases.
  • Work with sales, delivery and operations to update current HD Playbook and SOPs; and establish routine rounds of updates and notifications.
  • Work with the Chief Operating Officer on the major company initiatives and prioritize project plans.
  • Bring optimization to strategic initiatives and drive them forward.
  • Organize reporting and metrics across the company.
  • Work to help optimize processes and programs for each organization.
  • Step into peopleops functions to help optimize our employee experience and drive recruiting forward.
  • Support the Chief Operating Officer in the highest priority company initiatives.
  • Establish and facilitate a coordinated rhythm of business to support human data services including: HD performance visibility & reporting, Strategic and resource planning / budgeting, Client invoicing & billing, Expert timekeeping and payment, Expert onboarding & engagement, HD team meetings & forums.
