About The Position

This isn't your average internship. You'll be a strategic partner, working on projects that directly influence our business. You'll be a Problem Solver: Support the Business Operations Manager on cross-functional initiatives to tackle key strategic and operational challenges. Analyze & Inform: Dive into data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and find new opportunities to make our processes better. Tell a Story with Data: Create reports and presentations that translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Collaborate with the Best: Partner with teams across Analytics, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to bring projects to life.

Requirements

  • Currently a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and slide presentations.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a major plus.
  • Excited about the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a startup and have a passion for sports.
