About The Position

The Business Process & AI Solutions Manager is responsible for driving business transformation through process improvement, advanced analytics, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role partners with business leaders, operational teams, and technology organizations to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen with modern technology capabilities to redesign processes, leverage data-driven insights, and accelerate adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable leading business transformation initiatives, analyzing data, and exploring emerging technologies to create measurable business value.

Requirements

Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience leveraging data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled technologies to solve complex business challenges.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to improve productivity, decision-making, or operational performance.
Strong experience with Power BI or similar analytics and visualization platforms.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and drive organizational change.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

Nice To Haves

Experience in business process improvement, business transformation, analytics, operations, supply chain, consulting, or related fields.
Experience building AI-assisted workflows, copilots, agents, automation solutions, or business applications.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or similar low-code technologies.
Familiarity with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, SQL, or modern data platforms.
Experience leading AI adoption, digital transformation, innovation programs, or rapid prototyping initiatives.
Experience in supply chain, sales operations, customer operations, logistics, or global business operations environments.

Responsibilities

Lead business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across global functions.
Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
Partner with business stakeholders to redesign processes using automation-first and AI-enabled approaches.
Establish success metrics and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, KPI frameworks, and analytical models to support decision-making.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
Translate data into clear recommendations for both business and executive audiences.
Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and business outcomes through AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Design and implement solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar technologies.
Develop automations, AI-assisted workflows, copilots, agents, and business solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate results.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend innovative solutions that align with business priorities.
Champion AI adoption and help teams embrace new ways of working.
Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept efforts to validate new ideas.
Translate business needs into scalable technology and process solutions.
Collaborate across business and technical teams to drive successful implementation and adoption.
Serve as a trusted advisor on process optimization, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled transformation.
