About The Position

Ibotta is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to support campaign setup and performance and help establish operational best practices across teams. The role manages setup components in the Ibotta application, works cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues, and collaborates with Analytics, Engineering, and Product teams. This fully remote role is open to candidates who live in Iowa and offers up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. MST. Applicants must be willing to work one weekend day if needed, be at least 18 years old, and have reliable internet access.

Requirements

• Knowledge of G Suite and Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Eagerness and ability to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to mitigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong desire to learn and navigate internal technical systems effectively.
• Must live in Iowa.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have access to reliable internet.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work one weekend day if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application.
• Communicate and collect feedback across departments to align on best practices and procedures.
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative methods of setup or delivery.
• Stay current on internal system changes and updates, and effectively educate impacted departments.
• Identify, analyze, and help resolve technical problems with Engineering and Product teams.
• Work with Analytics to target content to unique consumer segments.
• Identify error trends and collaborate across departments to implement procedures that mitigate errors or build tools that reduce operational costs.
