About The Position

Ibotta is seeking a part-time Business Operations Associate to support campaign setup and performance and help improve operational practices. The role works cross-functionally with teams including Analytics, Engineering, and Product to troubleshoot technical issues, target content to consumer segments, and reduce errors and operational costs. It is fully remote, but candidates must live in Nevada. The schedule is up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. MST, with willingness to work one weekend day if needed. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have reliable internet access, and be currently authorized to work in the United States. Compensation is $17.50 per hour. Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must live in Nevada.

• Technical skills include G Suite, Excel, and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to mitigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong desire to learn and navigate internal technical systems effectively.
• Willingness to work one weekend day if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application.
• Communicate with other departments and collect feedback to align on best practices and procedures.
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative setup or delivery methods.
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates, and effectively educate impacted departments.
• Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams.
• Work closely with Analytics to target content to unique consumer segments.
• Identify error trends and work cross-functionally to implement procedures that mitigate errors or build tools that reduce operational costs.
