About The Position

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives that support our business objectives. About the Team You will be a part of team of 3 people providing analysis on operational effectiveness and monitoring performance metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and decision-making. Hours of Work This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience
  • At least 2 years working with Power BI for data visualization, dashboard development, and performance tracking
  • At least 1 year of experience designing or implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, using tools such as Power Automate, Excel for automating reporting, SQL or other data querying languages
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience identifying manual processes and translating them into automated workflows
  • Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub copilot) to enhance reporting, documentation, or analysis
  • Experience in business processes optimization
  • Good understanding of business processes and operational workflows

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis of business operations data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights for operational improvements
  • Prepare and distribute detailed reports on operational performance, ensuring that stakeholders have access to accurate and timely data
  • Support the development and optimization of business processes, working with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Monitor and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that metrics are effectively used to inform business decisions and improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new operational processes and support the development of related documentation
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall business performance
  • Assist in managing projects related to process improvement, ensuring that initiatives are completed on time and aligned with business goals
