About The Position

Mujin is the future of industrial robotic systems in production and distribution environments. Our technology gives robots perception and awareness, enabling them to take on more advanced tasks. We aim to revolutionize the use of robotics within industry to free human resources from labor-intensive tasks to focus on more intellectual challenges. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening Mujin's global technology ecosystem by evaluating and improving business processes across functions, from customer support workflows to product development pipelines, ensuring that our cloud-based tools and services are integrated, efficient, scalable, and aligned to global standards. As a global organization, alignment across regions is critical to Mujin's success. Working closely with the IT team, you will help define and drive the roadmap for business systems and processes, ensuring consistent, efficient operations and collaboration across teams worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute technology projects through successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams through to C-level executives.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops, presenting findings, and translating complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Experience working with cloud-based SaaS tools and a solid understanding of system integrations, with the ability to work alongside IT teams and external specialists on technical delivery.
  • Solid project management skills, with experience tracking multiple initiatives, managing priorities, and communicating progress and blockers clearly.
  • A global mindset with experience working across regions or within internationally distributed organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: Zendesk, Aha!, Jira, Microsoft Business Central.
  • Familiarity with product management or software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Experience sourcing and managing external consultants or implementation partners.
  • Experience in change management and end-user training delivery.
  • Background in or exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Review, map, and analyze business workflows across departments, including customer support, feature request management, product development, and R&D operations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions that support global business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions and regions to understand business requirements, pain points, and strategic priorities.
  • Analyze and optimize interactions between cloud services and business applications to improve efficiency, data visibility, and system integration.
  • Lead the design and implementation of cross-functional workflows connecting customer support, product management, development, and ERP platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams on system integrations, API-enabled solutions, and technical implementation activities.
  • Identify, engage, and manage external consultants and technology partners when specialized expertise is required.
  • Document business requirements, process flows, system integrations, and technical specifications to support implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Define and promote global standards for business processes and systems, ensuring consistency across regions and teams.
  • Develop training materials, process documentation, and communication plans to support organizational change and adoption.
  • Champion continuous improvement by educating, influencing, and empowering teams to embrace new tools, workflows, and best practices.
