About The Position

As a Business Operations Analyst Intern at Four Hands, you will gain hands-on experience supporting business operations, data analytics, process improvement, and enterprise systems. You will work with cross-functional teams on projects, analyze business workflows, troubleshoot operational challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also cleanse, validate, and analyze business data, maintain accurate information across systems, and develop reports to support operational decision-making.

The internship is expected to begin in January 2027 and continue through the Spring 2027 term, through April 2027. Internships are 12 weeks and take place on-site in Austin, Texas. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of SQL, including the ability to write simple queries, retrieve data, and perform basic data analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with reporting or data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and validation to support business decisions and operational accuracy.
• Collaborate with Master Data, Product Information, Sales Operations, and other teams to investigate business and data challenges and support solutions.
• Support business projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and documenting requirements and action items.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency.
• Assist with assigned tasks in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including updates, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Support master data management activities, including data updates, quality checks, and process documentation.
• Learn and apply new tools to strengthen technical and industry skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
