Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business or Finance, or 1-5 years of relevant analyst experience.
• Proven analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Valid driver's license (driving required).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with STORMS, PowerPlan, and SAP.
• Power BI or Business Intelligence exposure.
• Familiarity with the utility industry and utility financial accounting.
• Innovative, forward-thinking mindset.
• Bachelor's degree.
