About The Position

The Business Operations & AI Transformation Lead will improve how a growing healthcare technology business operates. Working across operations, clinical services, scheduling, provider management, finance, and customer success, this person will learn how teams work, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical improvements using data, automation, AI tools, and sound business judgment. This is an execution-focused role rather than a traditional project management or strategy position. The role owns improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation, adoption, measurement, and ongoing optimization. The Lead will independently prototype lightweight solutions and collaborate with engineering, data, and technology teams on more sophisticated solutions. Success is measured by real-world business impact, including measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, speed, outcomes, or cost. The position is remote within the United States, with annual compensation of $110,000–$150,000 and flexibility for the right candidate. Three to five years of relevant experience and C1-level English proficiency are required.
