About The Position

The AI Business Transformation Lead (described in the posting as the AI Innovation Lead) will lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation across City Wide Facility Solutions. The role integrates AI technologies to address business challenges and optimize processes. It includes strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives, collaboration with cross-functional teams, oversight of AI model development and deployment, and evaluation of solutions for effectiveness. The lead also manages and mentors AI specialists and data scientists, monitors emerging AI technologies, ensures ethical and privacy compliance, communicates AI concepts to stakeholders, and drives ongoing improvement through performance analysis and best practices. Local candidates are preferred. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science roles.
Proven track record leading AI projects from conception through implementation.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate and think strategically.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop team members.
