About The Position

Urrly is hiring a Business Operations & AI Transformation Lead to improve how its growing healthcare technology business operates. The role works across operations, clinical services, scheduling, provider management, finance, and customer success to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical improvements using data, automation, AI tools, and business judgment. This is an execution-focused role rather than a traditional project management or strategy position. The successful candidate will map real workflows, prototype lightweight solutions, collaborate with technical teams on more sophisticated solutions, and own improvements from discovery through implementation, adoption, measurement, and ongoing optimization. Success is based on measurable business impact, including improvements in efficiency, accuracy, speed, or cost. The position is remote in the United States. Compensation is $110,000–$150,000 yearly, with flexibility for the right candidate. C1-level English proficiency is required.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with department leaders and frontline employees.
  • High ownership, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward execution.
  • C1-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders and frontline teams to understand workflows, operational challenges, and business priorities.
  • Map how work is performed, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes to improve productivity, accuracy, speed, and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, low-code tools, workflow software, and productivity platforms across business operations.
  • Independently prototype lightweight solutions using AI-assisted development tools, low-code platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and workflow automation software.
  • Partner with engineering, data, and technology teams on more sophisticated solutions when needed.
  • Analyze operational data to uncover performance gaps, define KPIs, and quantify the impact of process improvements.
  • Build dashboards, reporting tools, performance scorecards, documentation, operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Own improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation, adoption, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
