About The Position

This is a Full-Time opportunity with Calvary Healing Center (Calvary) scheduled at 40 hours/week with benefits. For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music. The Business Office Director is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the Business Office and is required to work closely with Accounts Receivable Management services of the hospital and related services, as well as with the Facility's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Requirements

Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a multi-faceted business office, preferably in a healthcare setting
One year supervisory/management experience preferred.
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
Completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment
Completion of the Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment
