About The Position

Guardian is seeking a high-energy Business Marketing Manager to drive commercial demand and pipeline growth. This role will lead marketing strategies aligned with sales priorities and target industries, developing and executing vertical and account-based campaigns. The manager will also drive B2B content and website strategy, ensuring commercial messaging clearly communicates Guardian’s value to decision-makers. This position works closely with sales, demand generation, website, and creative teams to support pipeline development and deal progression.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, commercial marketing, or demand generation
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Strong understanding of account-based and vertical marketing approaches
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and supporting pipeline development
  • Ability to help plan and guide content that supports commercial positioning and credibility
  • Experience supporting or managing trade shows and industry events
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to evaluate marketing performance and impact

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with commercial sales priorities
  • Plan and manage vertical and account-based marketing campaigns
  • Partner with sales leadership to support pipeline goals and target accounts
  • Help strategize and drive B2B content creation, including industry-specific and thought leadership content
  • Translate commercial offerings into clear, compelling messaging and positioning
  • Collaborate with the website team to develop and optimize B2B website content and conversion paths that generate qualified commercial leads
  • Support sales with presentations, collateral, case studies, and RFP materials
  • Attend and support B2B trade shows, industry events, and field marketing activities
  • Coordinate campaign execution across paid media, website, and creative teams
  • Track performance and optimize marketing activities based on pipeline and engagement results
