The Senior Manager, Marketing Business Partner is the primary connection point between our centralized marketing team and the General Managers who operate our home services locations. This individual owns the marketing relationship for approximately 6-7 locations across one geographic regions, ensuring GMs have clear visibility into their marketing investment and that field-level intelligence flows back to central marketing in a structured, actionable way. This is not a traditional analyst role. It requires equal parts analytical capability, business judgment, and relationship management. The right candidate will be comfortable presenting performance data to a P&L-owning GM one day and briefing the marketing leadership on competitive market shifts the next. They will manage competing demands across multiple markets, drive engagement with GMs who may not seek out the relationship, and serve as a credible voice for both sides of the marketing equation.
