About The Position

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute global marketing strategies and high-impact campaigns tailored for their most strategic service provider partners, including Pax8, N-Able, ConnectWise, and NinjaOne. This role involves creating co-marketing assets, leading partner-facing events, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to drive brand alignment and revenue. The manager will also oversee the Marketing Development Fund (MDF) budget and track campaign performance to ensure measurable growth within the MSP/MSSP ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing.
  • Candidates with a background in cybersecurity and previous experience with service providers are highly preferred, as is familiarity with large MSPs partnerships including Pax8, ConnectWise, N-able, or NinjaOne.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with co-marketing strategies and MDF (Marketing Development Funds) programs.
  • Strong understanding of service provider ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as MDF tools, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of current trends and challenges within the service provider landscape.
  • Travel is required approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to support key strategic service provider growth objectives.
  • Align strategies with corporate goals and market opportunities to drive business outcomes.
  • Create and execute targeted campaigns to build pipeline and drive partner engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Develop co-marketing materials, sales tools, and partner enablement resources tailored to strategic service provider partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent messaging that highlights the value proposition and supports partner sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key service provider stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
  • Organize and support partner events, webinars, and training programs.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams to align objectives and drive results.
  • Partner with external agencies and service providers to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor, manage and measure the Marketing Development Fund budget to ensure we are meeting our objectives and delivering on our commitments.
