As the Business Manager, Market Strategy & Enablement (Mexico & Caribbean), you will be the main point person driving our payment network's growth strategy in the region. In this role, you'll help set the plan for expanding merchant acceptance and turn big-picture goals into clear, practical steps for our local sales teams. You will work closely with externally facing Sales teams and internal sales operations and strategy teams to ensure frontline teams have the right approach to win new business, and bring these market insights back to shape our global strategy. You will also partner with risk & compliance and shared services to ensure our growth strategy and efforts are well managed. You will use your strategy background and influencing skills to help the sales team move fast while keeping them aligned with our global strategy. Professional-level fluency in Spanish is required to collaborate effectively with regional teams and local stakeholders.
