The Sales Strategy & Enablement Manager will support efforts to identify, evaluate, and analyze revenue growth and retention opportunities. This role will enable OEM, Rental, Lender, and Fleet Management clients to achieve their objectives and Cox Automotive to hit revenue targets. The manager will ensure sales leaders are well-versed in client strategies, consult and advise on strategies to position Cox Automotive capabilities, and research client intelligence to inform sales engagement strategies. Responsibilities include generating financial and partnership health analyses, reporting on public client earnings calls, aggregating client engagement best practices, identifying common client needs to inform segment strategies, and supporting high-level client meetings. The role also involves collecting product adoption and financial data, building analytic frameworks to measure sales engagement effectiveness, owning ad hoc analysis and projects, and collaborating with internal partners to improve Client Strategy tools and resources.
