About The Position

This role supports the Hillshire Farm and Wright Brand Sausage business by partnering with the MBU Prepared team on initiatives across both core business and innovation. Responsibilities include assisting with new product development and launches, supporting brand management efforts, and contributing to key marketing and customer engagement strategies. The position involves organizing and analyzing financial reports, monitoring product availability and inventory, and supporting product quality cuttings and recaps. This role will also contribute to data analysis, consumer and market research, and the development of PowerPoint presentations to support business recommendations and cross-functional alignment. In addition, the role supports broader portfolio initiatives, leveraging hands-on experience to drive growth across prepared foods. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a passion for learning. Interest in brand management, innovation, and working across diverse channels is key to success, along with a desire to contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects that support Tyson Foods’ continued growth and leadership in the category.

Requirements

  • Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain majors preferred.
  • Sophomore level or higher required, Junior and Seniors preferred.
  • Must have at least one year of school remaining.
  • Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, (Excel and PowerPoint are very critical to this position).
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to handle the various projects they are given.
  • Must be multi-task oriented with stress management skills
  • Must be a team player who is excited to learn more about Tyson Foods
  • Must live within 60 miles of the facility.
