Requirements

Approximately 2-5 years of litigation experience
Strong deposition, motion practice, courtroom, and case management experience
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina, or eligible for admission

Responsibilities

Handle complex business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Take and defend depositions.
Draft and argue motions.
Attend court hearings and manage case strategy.
Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs and memoranda.
Work directly with partners and clients on litigation strategy.
Manage day-to-day case responsibilities in a collaborative environment.
