We’re looking for an experienced operator who has lived the 0–1 journey. Someone who knows how to take a SaaS product from concept to paying customers. As an AI Business Lead at Martell Group, you’ll be the commercial lead behind new ventures, shaping their go-to-market strategy, validating revenue models, and driving early sales traction. This role is for a founder, not an operator. You have founded or co-founded a B2B SaaS company and taken it past early revenue. Second or third time preferred. You have sold to SMBs as the founder. You know how to sit in a prospect’s pain and close without a script. You can build your own pipeline from day one. You are not here to harvest an existing audience. You earn distribution by proving traction first. You index for the customer. You know how to kill features customers haven’t paid for. You stay calm under constant change. Pivots happen. Roadmaps shift. You adapt and keep moving. Prior success inside Dan Martell’s network is a strong plus.
