About The Position

FedEx is hiring a Business Intern for its Summer 2027 internship program. The intern will work on projects that provide real-world experience in a professional environment related to their field of study. The role involves developing and presenting long-term solutions with significant business or customer-experience impact, participating in networking and community-service events, and performing other duties as assigned. The internship runs for 10 weeks, from June 7 through August 13, 2027, and requires availability to work 40 hours per week. The position is hybrid in Columbus, Ohio; candidates must live within a 50-mile radius and may be required to work at a FedEx office location several times per week. Immigration sponsorship is not available for intern positions. Compensation is $25 per hour for undergraduates and $30 per hour for graduates. Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university, or a recent graduate within six months of graduation.
A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
A degree in business or a related discipline.
Ability to work productively and independently as well as part of a team.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Interpersonal communication skills.
Time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage varied tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Verbal and written communication skills to communicate across business units and with all levels of management.
Ability to analyze and review information and make recommendations.
Availability to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week program, June 7 through August 13, 2027.
Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Columbus, Ohio.
