About The Position

Armanino is seeking a Summer 2027 Business Management Intern to gain hands-on experience working alongside professionals at all levels and learn about the field of Business Management. The internship provides exposure comparable to that of Armanino Business Management Account Managers, along with interactive programming, training, and activities to build skills and engagement. Work is described as 5% client-facing, 60% project work, 15% internal meetings, 5% individual work, and 15% continued learning. The intern works under the guidance of an Account Manager.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in business with an emphasis in accounting.

Nice To Haves

• Strongly preferred: Plan to complete the 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2027 and August 2028.

Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable, cash receipts, and cash disbursements.
• Set up vendors in accounting software.
• Enter payroll in accounting software.
• Perform bank account reconciliations.
• Code credit card transactions.
• Assist with budgeting and reforecasting.
• Record journal entries as directed.
• File and scan client documents.
• Correspond with vendors regarding W-9 forms, invoices, and open items.
• Complete special projects as assigned, such as insurance reviews and vehicle or home purchases.
