About The Position

AIS Healthcare is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, and maintain data-driven reporting and analytics solutions that support organizational decision-making. Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least five years of SQL development experience.
Strong experience writing and optimizing SQL and SQL Server queries.
A solid foundation in data modeling and interpreting business data structures.
Hands-on experience with Qlik for data visualization and dashboard development.
Ability to work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must live in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Qlik Cloud.
Familiarity with Windows Server environments.
SQL Server administration experience, including optimization and maintenance.
Exposure to or experience consuming RESTful APIs for data integration.
Understanding of Qlik data modeling and ETL concepts and tooling.
Experience using Claude Code or Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures for reporting and analytics.
Analyze business data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved insight.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik.
Collaborate with business users and management to gather, clarify, and refine reporting requirements.
Translate business questions into structured data models and visualizations.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions.
Enhance, troubleshoot, and tune the performance of existing reports and dashboards.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, and BI processes to support long-term maintainability.
