About The Position

HealthDyne is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Operations Excellence team and help transform operational experience at scale. The role turns operational data into clear, actionable insights and partners closely with operations, business leaders, and technical teams to improve decision-making and performance. The analyst builds reports and dashboards, tracks key performance indicators, analyzes trends, and communicates findings to business and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience analyzing and interpreting business data using SQL.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience working with data warehouse sources to support reporting, analysis, and business intelligence needs.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into clear, usable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Ability to validate data, troubleshoot report issues, and explain findings to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of data warehouse concepts and experience using data to support business operations, performance tracking, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support business intelligence reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Use SQL to retrieve, organize, and analyze data from data warehouses and databases.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements and analyses that support operational decision-making.
• Build and improve dashboards, recurring reports, metrics views, and other analytical tools for business users.
• Conduct deep dives and root cause analyses to answer business questions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key metrics, reporting needs, and trusted data sources.
• Communicate solutions and methodologies effectively, both verbally and in writing, to senior leadership.
• Work with technical teams to understand data availability, improve reporting accuracy, and support reliable data warehouse use.
• Complete ad hoc data retrieval and analysis.
• Monitor existing metrics, propose new metrics, and identify actionable risk signals.
