About The Position

Workana, a remote work platform for talent in Latin America, is recruiting for Art Remedy Brands, a founder-led design and manufacturing company that operates through direct-to-consumer e-commerce, major retail partnerships, third-party marketplaces, and B2B wholesale channels. The company is building its data infrastructure and strategic reporting capabilities as it scales across channels. The Business Intelligence Analyst will own dashboard development, SQL data modeling, reporting automation, and analysis of sales, gross margin, and channel profitability. The role supports senior leadership, including the CEO and SVP of Operations, by turning business performance data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives. The position is fully remote for professionals based in Latin America and involves working with an international team in English in an autonomous, async-first environment. The selection process usually has four stages and takes an average of 4–6 weeks: an initial interview with Workana’s recruiting team, a technical interview with the client, a cultural-fit interview with the client’s manager, and a final interview with a C-level leader. Additional technical rounds or take-home tests may be included. Candidates who pass Workana’s initial recruiting round may also be considered for other clients if the first client match is unsuccessful. This is a long-term independent contractor agreement. Compensation is in USD. The contractor agreement does not include additional benefits such as paid time off or health insurance.
