About The Position

HealthDyne is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Operations Excellence team and help transform operational data into actionable insights. The role uses SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and data warehouse sources to build reports and dashboards, identify and track key performance indicators, analyze trends, and communicate findings to business and operational stakeholders. The analyst partners with operations, business leaders, and technical teams to improve decision-making and performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience analyzing and interpreting business data using SQL.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience working with data warehouse sources to support reporting, analysis, and business intelligence needs.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into clear, usable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Comfort validating data, troubleshooting report issues, and explaining findings to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of data warehouse concepts and experience using data to support business operations, performance tracking, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support business intelligence reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Use SQL to retrieve, organize, and analyze data from data warehouse and database sources.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements and analysis that supports operational decision-making.
• Build and improve dashboards, recurring reports, metrics views, and other analytical tools for business users.
• Perform deep dives and root cause analyses to answer business questions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key metrics, reporting needs, and trusted data sources.
• Communicate solutions and methodologies, in writing and verbally, to senior leadership.
• Work with technical teams to understand data availability, improve reporting accuracy, and support reliable data warehouse use.
• Complete ad hoc data retrieval and analysis.
• Monitor existing metrics, develop and propose new metrics, and identify actionable risk signals.
