The Business HR Partner (Sr - Prin) role supports more senior Business HR staff to proactively deliver Human Resources support in a wide variety of HR disciplines. Works in partnership with HR COEs to support the business and deliver solutions resulting in increased employee and organizational effectiveness. This position is posted at multiple grade levels and offers a range of opportunities for advancement. The minimum qualifications outlined below apply to the Business HR Partner Sr level, with increased educational, skill, experience and certification requirements for higher level Business HR roles.
