About The Position

Jim Winter Auto Group is seeking an ambitious, proactive Business / Finance & Insurance Manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to set, meet, and exceed sales goals. The role helps customers arrange financing and select products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience, while structuring profitable deals and ensuring contracts comply with applicable requirements. The manager also supports Sales Managers in leading a vehicle sales team of 9–10 people. Applicants are asked to submit a resume and complete a required Culture Index Survey, which takes approximately 10 minutes.

Requirements

Eagerness to improve and grow.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability.
Knowledge of title laws and registration processes.
Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
Desk deals accurately, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close car sales effectively.
Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Arrange timely funding of contracts.
Present customers with product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Maintain required proficiency and certifications.
Prepare accurate paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
Structure sales to achieve profitability standards.
Audit team deals after sale and analyze opportunities for improvement.
Assist Sales Managers in leading a 9–10-person vehicle sales team.
