As a Business Experience Plan Administration Specialist within PNC's Business Experience and Planning organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH or Denver, CO. As a Business Experience and Planning Admin Specialist you will have the following responsibilities: • Chair weekly meetings with cross functional stakeholder groups to bring new technologies into the bank through internal governance processes. • Chair routine meetings to develop business case products that support the financial and business objectives supporting the execution of the Capital Budget each year, for the assign CTO areas. • Conduct detailed financial analysis and data-entry into initiative creation tool sets to generate required business case artifacts for required governance processes. • Must be able to balance multiple highly dynamic projects simultaneously, and provide consistent progress toward their end state, through highly complex internal processes. • Supports annual budget planning process by guiding and coaching technology teams through Capital Initiative input creation and data input into various required tools. o Works with each team to ensure inputs are accurate to their stated needs and meets top-down guidance in terms of maximum amounts able to be submitted. Assists in aligning Capital budget with Expense budget tools/requirements. • Must have exceptional skills in Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel and Powerpoint. o Must be proficient in Clarizen, Oracle Fusion, and Jira. Experience with AI tools is a plus. • Ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who quickly understands direction, executes with minimal oversight, and effectively collaborates with partner organizations and stakeholders to independently source information and drive solutions. • Demonstrates strong financial acumen, including a solid understanding of cost categories and the ability to perform independent financial analysis, while applying core project management principles. Requirements
