About The Position

The Event Plan & Vndr Mgmt Spec oversees all aspects of event planning from inception through execution. Provides management and operational oversight of all marketing vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, Required
• 2-3 years Marketing or business related, Required
• read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
• respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
• write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or styles
• make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
• work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
• apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
• define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

• 1 year or more previous vendor management, Preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages all facets off-site meetings including event planning, vendor coordination, materials, attendee registration, transportation, accommodations, meals, and technology if required
• Implements an event strategy to achieve financial, operational, and outreach objectives
• Manages budgets and ensures that events stay within cost projections
• Develops marketing collateral including the design, pagination, and distribution of materials
• Oversees gamification of platform management, EMR/E-referral user management, and marketing distribution services
• Manages marketing electronic contact channels and coordinates inquiries and issues resolution
• Manages marketing vendors including credentialing, selection issue resolution, and termination
• Works with leadership to facilitate executive of Lincare Sales Training responsibilities
