As a Bus Exp Plan & Admin Advisor within PNC's Physical Security Compliance Management team, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Cincinnati OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ or Dallas TX. The Bus Exp Plan & Admin Advisor collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. The Bus Exp Plan & Admin Advisor understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessments of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals. Also, serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and strategic plans that meet business objectives. Physical Security is seeking a detail-oriented person to support strategic planning including M&A, risk management practices following PNC’s Risk Management Framework, and physical security standards, procedures, and policy management. This role will primarily focus on developing and implementing physical security governance, physical security standards/ policies, compliance adherence, and risk identification aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
