About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support Auto Business Documentation by developing, maintaining, and governing business procedures and related documentation. The role partners with business subject matter experts, process owners, Risk, Controls, Policy, and other stakeholders to translate business, operational, risk, control, and policy requirements into clear, accurate, actionable, and sustainable documentation. The consultant independently manages documentation work from intake through publication, including research, consultation, drafting, quality review, approvals, governance requirements, and timely execution. The position supports documentation governance and risk management, audit readiness, evidence requirements, issue remediation, and implementation of regulatory, policy, control, system, and process changes. It also contributes to cross-functional assignments, backlog support, special projects, and transformation initiatives as business needs shift. The role identifies process improvements, AI-enabled solutions, and other efficiencies to improve documentation quality, consistency, productivity, and employee experience. It consults with business partners and leaders, makes recommendations, influences decisions, and drives work to completion. The consultant also supports onboarding and development of less-experienced staff through guidance, work direction, and knowledge sharing. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and requires willingness to work on-site at one of the stated locations. Relocation assistance is unavailable, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
