About The Position

The Business Excellence Manager is responsible for building organizational capability through training, mentoring, and knowledge development while driving operational excellence through process improvement, digital enablement, and change leadership. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization while serving as a trusted advisor on organizational capability, operational excellence, and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in the electrical service, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or related technical services industry.
  • 8+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, continuous improvement, commercial operations, training and development, or related business functions
  • 5+ years of experience leading people, teams, or functional programs
  • Demonstrated success developing, implementing, and sustaining process improvement initiatives that drive productivity, quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes
  • Proven experience managing organizational change and driving adoption of new processes, systems, and tools across multiple functions

Responsibilities

  • Define, align, and drive the Business Excellence strategy across Commercial Operations in accordance with business priorities and organizational objectives
  • Lead and manage the Training Development and Business Process Improvement functions, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities to direct reports
  • Identify, scope, and prioritize continuous improvement projects that address critical productivity, quality, and efficiency opportunities across the value chain
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and organizational learning by empowering teams to contribute ideas and execute on strategic initiatives
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programs that build organizational capability, support newly implemented processes, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives
