Business Excellence Intern

About The Position

This internship focuses on ensuring master data accuracy and efficiency within distribution center operations. The intern will support the Business Excellence team in data analysis, update master data fields in SAP PRD and PEW modules (including product, customer, and potentially vendor master data), and revise work instructions and documentation. Additionally, the role involves creating training videos for knowledge transfer to full-time employees. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Ability to read, understand, and follow documented instructions.
Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
Exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, or other business analytics tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Power Bi is a plus.
Familiarity with driving a Forklift is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and email communication is preferrable

Responsibilities

Ensure that all master data is updated to support the efficiency and accuracy within distribution center operations.
Support Business Excellence team on data analysis.
Update master data fields in SAP PRD and PEW modules. This includes product master data for components and finished goods, customer master data, and potentially vendor master data.
Update and revise work instructions and other documentation.
Create training videos to support the appropriate knowledge transfer to full time employees.
Other duties and responsibilities may be required.
