About The Position

This job posting is for a Contractor Conversion. The CSC Business Direct Banker works individually and as part of a team to meet and exceed Customer Solution Center and site performance goals. Provides inbound support for Business customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, including typing, grammar and spelling proficiency
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers at once
• Desired candidates will have a strong referral/sales record
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, various internet browsers is a plus
• Experience with Business Banking customers and knowledge of business services and products is preferred

• Cross-sell products while following all regulatory requirements
• Provide additional customer support to other specialty lines of business when needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
