About The Position

The Business Banker is responsible for increasing business propositions including deposits and assets for small and medium enterprises. This role focuses on the growth and maintenance of the current business banking portfolio, reinforcing the Branch Sales Strategy, improving customer satisfaction and retention, and achieving budgeted business goals for Business Banking within the Branch. Daily responsibilities include appraising customer proposals, making recommendations, building customer relationships through call visits, and preparing customer profiles for cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from any recognized institution
• 5 years of total minimum experience required

• Professional Qualifications: AKIB, CPA (K), ACCA
• Master's Degree in a Business-Related field
