About The Position
Bergaila has strong plans for continued growth and is seeking a Business Development professional to join its growing team in Midland, TX. This role is focused on expanding its footprint across the Permian and Delaware Basins by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering high-quality staffing solutions to clients for their Operations and Maintenance Operations. The role offers competitive compensation, full benefits, a company vehicle, and opportunities for career growth. Compensation includes base salary plus commission.
Requirements
- Sales or business development background required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of performance and results
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean background
- Willingness to travel to client sites across the Permian and Delaware Basins
- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and results-driven
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in oil and gas O&M staffing or workforce solutions preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Development leadership and Operations teams to achieve growth objectives
- Develop and execute territory strategy across Midland, Odessa, and surrounding Permian Basin areas
- Build and maintain relationships with client contacts to identify current and future O&M staffing needs
- Drive new business development while expanding existing accounts
- Act as a liaison between client and company to ensure successful service delivery
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within internal systems
