The Business Development Specialist is a pure growth role, built for someone who knows how to create opportunity, not wait for it. This position is responsible for generating measurable growth through proactive relationship development, community presence, and consultative sales. You'll focus entirely on external business development... building relationships, opening doors, and converting those relationships into new members, loans, deposits, and business accounts.
