You are responsible for growing EPIARX’s case volume in the DMV / Mid-Atlantic region by building and managing referral relationships. This is a relationship-first, in-person business development role focused on: Funeral homes (primary), Hospitals, Medical malpractice law firms, Industry associations and events. You will: Build new referral partnerships, Strengthen existing relationships, Represent EPIARX in person across the region, Own and improve the CRM to track all BD activity and outcomes. You are not just “doing outreach.” You are building a repeatable pipeline that drives real case volume. This is a performance-driven role with clear outcomes: Consults generated from your efforts, Increase in weekly case volume (DMV / Mid-Atlantic), New referral partnerships established, Consistent referrals from key partners, Clean, accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility.
