They will manage a significant portfolio of potential accounts, ensuring consistent agency management activity through research and leveraging their network. The role involves collaborating with senior colleagues on deals, gaining exposure, and building connections. The specialist will develop their assigned territory, manage the existing client base for organic growth, and prospect for new relationships. Frequent travel to visit clients is expected, working closely with underwriting and management to provide superior service. Strategic planning for territory growth, new product development, and production-oriented activities are key. The role also involves acting as a client advocate, consultative advisor, and collaborating with underwriting staff. Engagement with partners at industry events is also a responsibility.
