About The Position
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist in the DTC area, CO. Pay: Base salary $50-75K DOE plus commission - OTE 1st year is $85K - $125K. Business Development: What better profession is there where you get to connect clients with experience, qualified employees and earn money and personal satisfaction at the same time? We are growing exponentially in the area and we are adding to our Team! We are seeking a Business Development Reps who are positive, have a “hunter” mentality, and willing to learn the market.

- Strong Interpersonal skills for team collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong social media knowledge leveraged towards business development
Responsibilities
- Hunt and close new business opportunities in various industry sectors
- Develop relationships with hiring managers
- Expand and develop existing accounts
- Leverage existing successful methods and existing client databases to close new business
- Assist in the facilitation of plans of action in developing opportunities
