About The Position

SIXT is seeking a Business Development Specialist SME to drive success by making proactive outbound telephone calls to portfolio accounts and prospects. This role involves managing the SIXT business portal, responding to leads, designing and executing strategies to generate leads, convert prospects, and nurture relationships. The specialist will create and negotiate offers for tailored mobility solutions, present complex information effectively, and contribute to improving the sales process. Maintaining an accurate customer and prospect database and analyzing customer needs to offer suitable SIXT products are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Work experience in sales or customer service.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with managers and teams.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM's.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion and skill for sales.
  • Proven ability to recognize complex customer needs and match those with suitable offers.
  • Committed to working full time to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and nurture relationships to drive growth of the pipeline.
  • Create and negotiate offers for tailored mobility solutions and bring them to closure, overcoming objections through active listening and outside-the-box thinking.
  • Proactively pursue sales leads generated from a variety of sources, negotiate and implement mutually beneficial solutions for new clients.
  • Present complex information and ideas effectively to diverse audiences through various mediums.
  • Aid in the improvement of the existing sales process and the optimization of everyday routines.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customers and prospects and analyze potential customers to offer Sixt products that fit their needs.
  • Make proactive outbound telephone calls to portfolio accounts and prospects using existing database, marketing campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads.
  • Manage the SIXT business portal by contacting and responding to all leads generated through it.
