About The Position

Caring Transitions is seeking a results-driven Business Development & Sales Representative to support multiple territories across the south metro Twin Cities. This role is responsible for building referral relationships, generating leads, and converting consultations into signed service agreements. This is a revenue-generating position with clear expectations and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship-based selling
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable results (KPIs, revenue growth, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple territories
  • Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up
  • Thrives in a performance-based role
  • Communicates with empathy and professionalism in sensitive client situations
  • Prepared to discuss specific metrics from previous roles, including sales targets achieved, contracts closed, revenue generated, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral partner relationships (senior communities, realtors, social workers, etc.)
  • Conduct in-person outreach and networking across assigned territories
  • Generate and track qualified leads
  • Schedule and close consultations into signed contracts
  • Maintain accurate and consistent activity within CRM systems
  • Represent Caring Transitions with professionalism and empathy
