The Company is an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of a complete range of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking and security products. In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. Overhead Door Company of Colorado Springs™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to support the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, highly preferred. HS Diploma or GED at a minimum
  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on B2B customers such as hospitals, schools, and municipalities
  • Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services.
  • Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Colorado Springs, CO and the surrounding areas
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned
