About The Position

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Representative with a hunter mentality to join their fast-paced team. This role is crucial for building strong client relationships and driving business growth by focusing on generating new business, expanding market share, and building revenue pipelines. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a competitive mindset and a drive to dominate their market. MultiPro Property Solutions is part of Valet Living, the leading amenity-services provider in the multifamily industry. Valet Living has nearly 30 years of experience, serves over 2 million homes nationwide, and is a portfolio company of GI Partners. The company emphasizes investing in associates through onboarding and training programs, fostering a people-centric setting with recognition, rewards, and career pathing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the services or construction industry.
  • Strong history of securing new clients and growing accounts through cold calling, cross-selling, and referrals.
  • Proficient in asking insightful questions and identifying pain points to influence and engage decision-makers, offering customized solutions at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to drive tailored solutions.
  • Experience managing pipelines and driving results using CRM tools.
  • Advanced skills in persuasion, motivation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Valid Driver’s License (required for frequent travel within your designated market).

Nice To Haves

  • B2B transactional sales experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure new clients through property visits, outbound prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and networking efforts.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, expanding service offerings based on their needs.
  • Educate clients and property teams on MultiPro’s full suite of make ready, repair & maintenance, and property improvement services, as well as Valet Living capabilities.
  • Partner with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, project execution, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop tailored proposals, coordinate project handoffs, and support the adoption of Annual Price Agreements.
  • Help define job scopes, service protocols, and ensure successful community and project launches.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to grow market presence.
