About The Position

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processor to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless service delivery and organized operations, serving as a key point of contact for clients and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about customer service, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

2+ years of order processing, customer service, or call center experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Outstanding service skills, empathy, and ability to resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Able to demonstrate a professional demeanor, adapt quickly, and work with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
Must reside in Utah at the time of hire.
Must be able to work Pacific/Mountain Time hours while supporting clients, branch teams, and field operations across all U.S. time zones, adapting communication and prioritization as needed.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality/concierge or executive assistant background is a plus.
Additional coursework or degree preferred.
Salesforce experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately create and process service work orders in the system, ensuring client needs are addressed quickly and effectively.
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Resolve client and resident issues or escalate as needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, proactive communication, and professional support.
Work closely with branch operations teams to support scheduling changes, order updates, and service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records, update databases, and ensure all client interactions are documented thoroughly.
Conduct follow-up calls and digital surveys to ensure service expectations are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with account setup, manage client property information, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
